What do I need to Check-in?
You must have a valid ID-card or passport to check-in. No other proof of identity will be accepted.
What time can I check-in?
You may check in to the hostel between 9 a.m. to 22 p.m. However, you are kindly requested to let us know about your arrival time before your arrival by mail. If your arrival time unexpectedly changes please inform us ASAP, by e-mail (nexhostel@gmail.com) or by calling +357 99 562205.
If you arrive before your room is ready, you are welcome to store your bags in the luggage room and use the common facilities for free.
Can I arrive after 22 p.m.?
This can be possible, but only if you let us know beforehand, so that we can arrange a self-check-in for you. Additionally we can only provide you with the self-checkin option when your stay has already been fully prepaid. Bookings with an invalid credit card are therefore impossible to have a self-check-in.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time from the room is until 11am, after which you may store your bags in the luggage room for free until 20 p.m. of the same day.
What if I want to check out before reception opens?
You’re an early riser? No worries, just go out by the side entrance and drop your key in the mailbox!
Can I ask for an Early check-in or a Late check-out?
Yes, this can be arranged, subject to availability, if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. However, there is an additional fee, of 30% of the normal rate both for Early check-in (between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m.) and Late check-out between 11 a.m. and 23 p.m.
Is there a curfew or lockout?
No. We have a side entrance that is open 24/7 for hostel guests who already checked in.
